In order to achieve our stringent quality control Pac-Rim employs excellent people who pay attention to details. Currently Pac-Rim has thirty employees, which includes an inside sales staff who are fluent in Japanese and an ASID interior design staff to help customers specify proper western constuction materials for their projects. The Pac-Rim staff constantly checks and double checks paperwork, prices and items. Staff communication and experience is the key to our success.
