Pac-Rim receives faxes 24 hours a day. Once the order is received a project team is assigned who discuss the order and understand the details. If the order is from Japan, it is quickly discussed with a Japanese staff member to guard against errors in the translation. At this time, the project team also identifies any special orders which may require some extra attention further in the process.
Pac-Rim also offers the services of an interior design department who can help customers coordinate interior finishes, including furniture, wall coverings, and window treatments for both residential and commercial projects.
